Succession Planning is now easier to find from the dashboard, and we've refreshed the Engagement and Succession feature pages for a more consistent experience.

What's New

My Succession Planning now appears in the dashboard sidebar for managers, HR, and employees, so you can quickly see plans where you're a potential successor without leaving your main navigation. We've also updated the Engagement and Succession Planning feature pages so they match the layout and style of our other product pages.

Succession Planning

If you're a potential successor, you can now:

  • •Open My Succession Planning from the sidebar
  • •View your succession plans in one place with clear details and status

Feature pages

The Engagement and Succession Planning product pages now use the same structure as Development and Activity Tracking (hero, features overview, and screenshots) for a consistent look and easier browsing.
