Performance Improvement Plans give HR and managers a clear way to support employees who need to improve. Create a PIP with goals and a timeline, run regular check-ins, and track progress. Employees can acknowledge the plan, share updates, and respond to check-ins. HR can oversee for consistency and fairness.

How It Works

PIPs live inside Performance: employees see active plans in My Performance, managers see their team's PIPs in Team Performance. Goals, check-ins, and outcomes are all tracked so everyone stays aligned.
