Pre-onboarding is for people who've accepted an offer but aren't employees yet. They can complete tasks, upload documents, and sign offer letters in a dedicated portal. When they're ready, HR approves and they move into onboarding, with one view for both stages so you can see where everyone is.

Tasks and document uploads, offer signing, and progress tracking. Templates can be set for pre-onboarding or onboarding so the right checklist is used at the right time.

The onboarding dashboard now shows pre-onboarding and onboarding together, completion rates, where people are stuck, and time to productivity, so you can fix bottlenecks and keep things moving.
