The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business goals.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring prompt and fair resolution in line with company policy and labor laws.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through effective communication and team initiatives.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and sales objectives.
Support daily HR operations and handle additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or structured environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
