The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to client business leaders, delivering strategic Human Resources, support and solutions that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selection.
Serve as the primary Human Resources,contact for assigned clients.
Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and provide tailored HR solutions.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, training, and Human Resources, compliance.
Support the development and implementation of Human Resources,policies, procedures, and strategies.
Support periodic budget forecasting and reviews.
Prepare performance reports, variance analysis, and financial insights for stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to address client-specific development needs.
Provide coaching and support to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Support Human Resource administration including employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and Human Resources, best practices.
Analyze Human Resources, data and prepare reports on key Human Resources, metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
Guide managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Must have 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic Human Resources, role (Human Resources, consulting experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, Human Resources, policies, and employee relations.
Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and stakeholder management ability.
Proficiency in Human Resources, software and data management systems.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
