  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic healthcare and institutional accounts across hospitals, labs, blood banks, and partner facilities.
  • The role ensures seamless service delivery, drives revenue growth, strengthens long-term client relationships, and supports life-critical logistics operations that improve patient outcomes.
  • This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, logistics, and commercial growth, requiring strong relationship management, operational coordination, and a deep understanding of healthcare delivery ecosystems.
  • Manage a portfolio of hospitals, diagnostics centers, and healthcare institutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned key accounts
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and rapid resolution of client issues
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services (e.g., logistics, supply chain solutions, emergency fulfillment)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and retention targets
  • Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and convert them into active business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, satisfaction, and service improvement opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supply chain reliability and emergency healthcare logistics
  • Liaise with operations, dispatch, pharmacy, lab, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests
  • Monitor order fulfillment performance and escalate delays or service gaps proactively
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare logistics protocols
  • Develop structured account plans for each key client
  • Forecast demand and support operational planning for critical supplies (blood, oxygen, medical products, etc.)
  • Align account strategies with company growth and impact goals
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
  • Track key account performance metrics (order volume, fulfillment time, revenue contribution)
  • Provide regular reports on account health and growth opportunities
  • Key account retention rate
  • Revenue growth per account
  • Service level performance (on-time delivery, fulfillment success rate)
  • Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
  • Number of upsell/cross-sell conversions
  • Responsiveness to client escalations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 4–6 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship roles
  • Experience in healthcare, logistics, pharmaceuticals, or B2B enterprise services strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital procurement systems is an advantage
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong commercial awareness and revenue ownership mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
