Employees can acknowledge the plan, share updates, and respond to check-ins. HR can oversee for consistency and fairness.
How It Works
PIPs live inside Performance: employees see active plans in My Performance, managers see their team's PIPs in Team Performance. Goals, check-ins, and outcomes are all tracked so everyone stays aligned.
