    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring prompt and fair resolution in line with company policy and labor laws.
    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through effective communication and team initiatives.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
    • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
    • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and sales objectives.
    • Support daily HR operations and handle additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or structured environment.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Must reside in or close to Ogba, Lagos.
