What is Careersome Light?+
Careersome Light is for small teams and companies who want to use the real Careersome platform (recruitment, time off, performance, and reporting in the same product as paid customers) to see how it performs before they pay. It has fixed limits (for example one active job and a cap on applications per posting) and includes AI-assisted candidate ranking and insights in reporting for the areas you can use, within those limits. It does not include full onboarding programs, workforce Stories, or the AI chat assistant. When you’re ready for more capacity or the full platform, upgrade without migrating your data.
How is Careersome priced?+
Annual agreements by edition: full suite, recruiting only, or selected modules. Your order confirms limits, such as active jobs and recruiter seats, and what is in scope. Contact us for a quote aligned to your headcount and roadmap.
