Users have the right to delete their Careersome account at any time. To delete your account, follow these steps:

• Go to your Profile Page within the app.
• Click on the 'Delete Account' option.
• Confirm the deletion. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your profile information, preferences, and saved content.
• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

Careersome reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

Recruiters must use a valid company email and provide accurate company details when signing up. Careersome reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the company and the recruiter's identity before allowing access to the platform.

All recruiter accounts are subject to approval by Careersome. Upon registration, recruiters will be reviewed, and only approved recruiters can access job creation features. Careersome reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time if the recruiter does not meet the platform’s requirements.

13. Recruiter Responsibilities

Recruiters must ensure that all job postings comply with local labor laws and platform standards. Any job listings found to be misleading, illegal, or violating the platform’s policies will be removed, and the recruiter’s account may be suspended or terminated.

14. Use of Job Postings

Job postings created by recruiters are the sole responsibility of the recruiter, including the accuracy of the job description, salary information, and any other details provided. Careersome is not responsible for the content of job listings.
