1.3 Sign-in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and may receive a user identifier from Google for authentication. That use is also subject to Google's privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information

- •Provide and maintain Careersome for your organization
- •Support recruitment, performance, engagement, onboarding, time off, activity, timesheets, compensation, and related workflows
- •Generate reports, analytics, and workforce narratives from data in your workspace
- •Authenticate accounts and manage access by role

- •Improve reliability and features of the platform
- •Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Within your organization
Authorized people in your organization (for example managers, HR, and administrators) may see information according to their roles and permissions in Careersome.
3.2 Job applications
When you apply for a role through Careersome, the information in your application is shared with the hiring organization so they can review your candidacy.
3.3 Service providers
We use trusted providers to host and operate Careersome (for example cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, and monitoring). They process data only to provide those services to us.
3.4 Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.
