- The ideal candidate must be discreet, well-presented, and experienced in handling executive-level responsibilities with a high level of professionalism.
- Safely transport the executive to meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
- Maintain strict punctuality and ensure efficient time management for all trips.
- Plan routes in advance, considering traffic and road conditions.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
- Carry out regular vehicle checks and arrange for servicing when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all conversations and activities of the executive.
- Provide a high level of courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times.
- Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Assist with minor errands or tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
- Strong sense of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
