We are looking for a competitive medical Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The medical Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals and you will aim at meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate products to healthcare staff, including doctors, surgeons, nurses, and pharmacists, to persuade them to make purchases and increase product awareness.
  • Develop and foster strong, long-term working relationships with medical professionals and administrative staff to become a trusted partner in meeting their needs.
  • Research and identify potential new customers and follow up on leads to expand the client base and meet sales targets.
  • Strategically negotiate the terms of sales, contracts, and pricing data with clients and procurement teams.
  • Provide education and training sessions on the features, benefits, and proper usage of complex medical products and stay updated on the latest clinical data to discuss it with health professionals.
  • Plan work schedules and travel throughout the assigned territory efficiently to meet with current and prospective customers.
  • Participate in and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and company meetings to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor competitor activity, review sales performance, analyze sales data, and maintain detailed records.
  • Offer after-sales service and support, including troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating with internal teams (marketing, service, support) to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in medical sales
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • A solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, clinical workflows, and the specific products being sold.
