Role Overview

  • Euracare is seeking a highly strategic, organized, and relationship-driven Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing direction of the hospital across all specialties. This role is suited for someone with strong healthcare marketing experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide a team while managing the expectations of senior doctors and the CEO.
  • You will not be responsible for hands-on design or running digital campaigns yourself the role is strategic, supervisory, and leadership-focused, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment across all platforms.
  • Team Structure
  • The Marketing Manager will directly manage and oversee two existing team members:
  • Digital Marketing Specialist: responsible for website, social media, digital ads, analytics, scheduling, and day-to-day content.
  • Media Production Specialist: responsible for all photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.
  • Your responsibility is to guide, supervise, approve, and ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand Direction

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategy and quarterly plans.
  • Shape brand positioning as a world-class, multi-specialist center with UK/US-level expertise.
  • Lead major campaigns and ensure strong, premium brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Identify market opportunities, patient trends, and competitive insights.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and supervise the Marketing Specialist and Media Production Specialist.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content, campaigns, and creative assets.
  • Review and approve all major outputs: campaign concepts, social calendars, videos, graphics, website updates, and ads.
  • Provide clear direction, efficient workflows, and quality control.

Doctor & Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for all consultants, specialists, and visiting doctors.
  • Understand each specialty's value proposition to create meaningful campaigns.
  • Manage communication, timelines, and expectations between doctors and the marketing team.
  • Coordinate effectively with clinical, patient experience, and operations teams.

CEO & Leadership Engagement

  • Convert CEO priorities into structured plans and marketing deliverables.
  • Present reports, dashboards, insights, and updates to leadership.
  • Provide recommendations on market gaps, patient acquisition trends, and performance metrics.

Oversight of Digital & Content

  • Approve and supervise:
  • Social media calendars
  • Website content updates
  • Google & Meta ads strategy
  • Campaign creatives and concepts
  • Doctor videos, medical content, and photo shoots
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, accuracy, and compliance.

Campaigns & Reputation Management

  • Strategize and conceptualize hospital-wide and specialty campaigns, and delegate campaign activities to the team. Key campaigns for the year

Reporting & Optimization

  • Use data to guide decisions on where to increase visibility, reduce spending, or improve conversions.
  • Monitor KPIs across leads, consultations, engagement, and ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory healthcare marketing experience (hospital, clinic, diagnostics, pharma, or medical technology).
  • 7 - 8+ years of experience in marketing, with strong strategy and people management capability.
  • Proven experience working with senior doctors, consultants, and C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of medical environments, patient journeys, and healthcare communication.
  • Leadership mindset - ability to supervise a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics
  • Creative thinking with a disciplined, structured approach to planning.
