- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Professional Background: Should have at least 7 years of experience successfully leading a security team in a guard services/physical security company, or have 7 years of experience as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisor—either in the military, police, or paramilitary.
- Certification: You hold a recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
- Integrity: A clean criminal record and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check are essential.
- Language & Culture: You speak the local dialects of the major tribes in your assigned region, allowing you to connect with the community.
- Good experience working with automated security systems like CCTV cameras, burglary alarm systems, etc.
- You are a Hero: You are driven by mastery and the desire to protect others. People count on you to come through when things get tough.
