The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
This position requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top exceptional talent.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Capital Management or similar is preferred.
A minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in Human Capital Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic human capital initiatives.
Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR are highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and vendors.
Experience in educating and mentoring staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Ability to give presentations.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
People oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
