We've significantly enhanced the onboarding experience with a complete pre-onboarding phase, simplified phase management, document upload tasks, and unified insights. The system now seamlessly transitions candidates from pre-onboarding to onboarding with improved tracking and management.
What's New
The onboarding system now includes a comprehensive pre-onboarding phase where candidates can complete tasks, upload documents, and sign offer letters before becoming employees. HR/Admin can manually approve and transition candidates to onboarding, updating key information during the process. We've also simplified the phase structure and added document upload task types for seamless file collection.
