Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to drive business growth in Lagos, Oyo, Abuja and Ogun
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.
Responsibilties
- Identify and develop new business opportunitiesto expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, in diverse industries to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering OR related field.
- MBA is an added advantage
- 3 - 5 years' experience in field sales, preferably within Oil & Gas, FMCG, Generator Sales, Industrial Products or manufacturing industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
