About the Role

  • We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with excellent content creation, video production, and social media management skills.
  • This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual and written content.
  • The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating high-quality content across all platforms, producing compelling videos, managing online campaigns, and supporting the firm's brand visibility.
  • The ideal candidate must be creative, organised, and passionate about content, storytelling, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging written content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Create eye-catching graphics, infographics, and designs using Canva or similar tools.
  • Write compelling captions, post copy, and email content aligned with brand guidelines.

Video Creation & Editing:

  • Plan, storyboard, record, and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and YouTube.
  • Produce educational, promotional, and client-focused video content.
  • Ensure high-quality audio, visuals, captions, and branding across all video outputs.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage daily posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Track engagement, performance, and growth metrics to optimise online visibility.
  • Support paid ads, SEO content, and digital campaigns.

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to brainstorm new content ideas.
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution.
  • Contribute to brand consistency and audience engagement across all channels.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or similar fields.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and content trends.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
