Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive scheduling, administrative operations, and cross-functional PR initiatives
- Oversee project lifecycles: Planning Implementation Monitoring Reporting
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders with timely communication
- Conduct performance analysis and deliver executive briefings
- Coordinate high-level meetings and business engagements.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Educational background: Senior High School Diploma (minimum of a Bachelor's degree from top-tier universities preferred)
- ≤26 years old | Height ≥165cm
- Exceptional personal presence: Professional image, polished demeanor, and strong etiquette awareness
- Foundational qualities: Proactive mindset, cultural sensitivity, and grace under pressure
- Technical proficiency: Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite required; CRM tools a plus).
