Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the organization; liaise with vendors, see to staff welfare and benets, assist with organizing events and carrying out activities
  • Assist in the documentation of ofce running expenses
  • Help in the management of the cash book and other accounting books
  • Assist the Finance ofce in reviewing expense memos from each department
  • Assist the nance ofce in reviewing expense memos from each department
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, notes and narratives for proposals
  • Negotiation and relation with vendors and support operational management processes.

Requirements

  • Academic qualication in the administrative / nance eld, average prociency in Microsoft Ofce, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and desk research
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, creative and innovative
  • Administrative skills, including good time, people and resource management
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Basic understanding of nancial analysis, budgeting and nancial reporting.
