HR Role

The HR role is the main people operations role in Careersome. HR users usually run the day to day workflows across enabled modules without owning organization configuration.

What HR usually owns

  • Recruitment operations and candidate pipeline management
  • Onboarding and offboarding program administration
  • Review cycle setup and people process oversight
  • Engagement, development, compensation, and succession work where those modules are enabled
  • Reporting, exports, and operational follow through across the workforce lifecycle

What HR usually does not own

  • Organization settings and company level configuration reserved for Admin
  • Broad technical administration of the workspace

How HR works across the product

  • Partners with Admin on access, policy setup, and structural data
  • Partners with managers on approvals, reviews, hiring, and team level actions
  • Supports employees through requests, tasks, and lifecycle events
