The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the company's sales activities, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving set sales targets.
The role involves identifying prospective clients, presenting the company's products and services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, social media, calls, and field activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote the company's real estate properties and services to prospective clients.
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties or solutions.
Conduct property inspections and client presentations when required.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients.
Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep up to date with property market trends, pricing, competitors, and available properties.
Negotiate with clients within approved company guidelines and support the completion of sales transactions.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales procedures.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales engagement.
Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, property tours, and other promotional activities.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Must be proactive, confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
