Role summary

  • The Operations Executive supports the smooth day-to-day running of the business, handling administrative, operational, and process-related tasks across departments so leadership and delivery teams can focus on client and creative work.
  • Reports into the Chief of Staff, who also oversees HR and Finance and owns hiring, resourcing, and organizational design for the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office and business operations, including admin, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with maintaining internal processes, tools, and documentation across departments
  • Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate HR-related administrative tasks alongside HR
  • Track invoices, expenses, and basic financial administration in coordination with Finance
  • Coordinate internal meetings, reporting cadences, and follow-ups on action items
  • Identify and help implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Provide general support to the Chief of Staff on operational priorities

Requirements & qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or executive support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across competing demands
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across departments.
