Job Summary

  • As the Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of the agency, coordinate client projects and internal teams, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.
  • You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting project timelines, and ensuring excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily agency operations, ensuring client projects, campaigns, and deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines and standards
  • Manage client communication, project updates, briefs, and follow-ups while ensuring expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, strategy, and other teams to track project progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain project documentation, operational records, schedules, reports, and other administrative requirements necessary for effective service delivery
  • Monitor workflows and operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, team coordination, and overall client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency environment
  • Strong experience in project coordination, and agency operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
