Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Senior management, the AssistantGeneral Managerwill oversee all operational units at Pad-Up Creations including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales & distribution networks, and human resources.
  • You will ensure operational efficiency, maintain international quality standards, lead P&L management, and scale our social impact while driving top-line revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Operations Management: Lead daily cross-functional operations across manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, and administrative functions to maximize efficiency and output.
  • Financial Performance & P&L: Manage operational budgets, control manufacturing costs, drive sales targets, and oversee financial reporting and profit/loss performance.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Expand our B2B, B2C, NGO/development partner, and retail distributor channels both locally and internationally.
  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing Excellence: Optimize production lines, ensure strict adherence to certified quality control standards, and manage supply chain logistics across local and export markets.
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Culture: Mentor, manage, and empower department heads and a diverse workforce; foster a high-performance culture aligned with our social impact mission.
  • Stakeholder & Regulatory Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, corporate partners, international distributors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 - 10 years of proven senior operational leadership experience (e.g., General Manager, COO, or Operations Director) within FMCG, manufacturing, social enterprise, or personal care sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success managing P&L, optimizing manufacturing processes, and expanding distribution networks across national or regional markets.
  • Leadership & People Management: Exceptional team-building skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional departments and diverse teams.
  • Business Acumen & Ethics: Deep understanding of commercial growth strategies combined with a commitment to corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong negotiation capability with B2B and institutional partners.
