Where to find it
- All jobs at once: Reports, then Job Reports
- One specific job: open that job's Applications page and check its Report tab
What's inside
- Job performance: open jobs, total applications, candidates in pipeline, interviews completed, offers made, offer acceptance rate, and average time to hire
- Trends: a chart of applications coming in over time
- Pipeline: a funnel from Applied through to Hired, with your conversion rate at each stage so weak spots are easy to spot
- Sources: where your candidates are actually coming from, ranked both by volume and by quality, so you can see which source brings your best candidates, not just the most
- Diversity: a gender breakdown of your applicant pool
- Insights: automatically generated callouts highlighting standout numbers. This tab is included on paid plans and locked on free tiers
Exporting: download any report as a CSV whenever you need it outside the app.
Who can see it: Admin, Manager, and HR roles. Regular employees don't have access to recruitment reports.
