Comparing Candidates Side by Side

From Job listings, open a role's Candidate Pipeline tab.

Step 1: Select candidates

  • Check the box next to each candidate you want to compare (two or more)
  • A bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the table

Step 2: Open the comparison

  • Click Compare in the bulk action bar
  • A side by side view opens showing stage, AI score, interview score, experience, skills, source, latest interview feedback, and a resume link for each candidate

This is useful right before a panel decision, so everyone is looking at the same facts instead of scrolling between profiles.
