Exit Interviews

Exit interviews are tracked with their own status and completion flag on the employee's offboarding record, plus an optional score and stated reason for leaving, not just a generic task marked done.

Setting one up: add exit interview questions to a template covering reasons for leaving, satisfaction, manager feedback, and whether they'd recommend the company.

Using the data: exit reason and score are recorded per employee, letting you look at patterns over time rather than only reading each interview in isolation.
