Managing Employee Offboarding

From notice given to last day, with the same historical record carried through.

Managing Employee Offboarding

Starting an offboarding: HR or Admin adds the employee, sets their last working day and exit type, and optionally assigns a template right away.

Assigning templates: select one or more departing employees and assign the right template, tasks generate automatically from it.

Tracking progress: see completion percentage, current exit stage, last working day, and exit interview status per employee. By default the list shows only active offboardings, not everyone who's ever left, so you're looking at who's actually mid-exit right now.

What the departing employee sees: their own checklist, action tasks as checkboxes and document tasks as file uploads, tracked against an overall progress percentage.

Bulk operations: assign templates or send reminders to multiple people at once.

Historical continuity: an employee's full record, pre-onboarding, onboarding, and now offboarding, stays accessible in one place, useful context heading into their exit interview.
