  • We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager within the Warehouse and Supply Chain Department at Konga Online Limited (Lagos). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity. This role requires someone who can effectively lead a team, improve warehouse processes, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock records are accurate at all times.
  • Coordinate regular stock counts and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with Procurement teams to support business operations.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
  • Prepare routine warehouse and inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional Qualification

  • Relevant certification in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Age Requirement

  • 29 - 46years.

Functional / Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Strong understanding of stock management and warehouse best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
