  • We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our darkstores, ensuring inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
  • As Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across warehouse activities while leading teams that keep our stores running smoothly. You'll work closely with Inventory, Procurement, Rider Operations, and Store teams to ensure products move through our facilities quickly, safely, and accurately.
  • This is a hands-on operational role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building efficient processes, managing teams, solving operational problems, and maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments. Success in this role means customers can consistently find what they need, orders are fulfilled accurately, and warehouse operations scale efficiently as the business grows.

In this role, you'll be required to:

  • Oversee daily warehouse and darkstore operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
  • Lead and manage warehouse associates, supervisors, and other operational staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure inventory is handled, stored, and moved accurately and safely within warehouse facilities.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, fulfillment speed, and order accuracy metrics.
  • Work closely with the Inventory team to maintain stock accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency, throughput, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers and outbound transfers between locations where required.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Manage warehouse staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.
  • Track warehouse performance metrics and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
  • Support the opening and scaling of new darkstores by establishing operational processes and team structures.
