As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Services Manager to oversee property inspections, refurbishment projects, and maintenance standards across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect properties before acquisition
Evaluate and validate repair and refurbishment costs
Supervise contractors and monitor project execution
Ensure properties meet handover standards
Maintain quality and maintenance standards after occupancy
Requirements
3 - 5 years' experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance
HND or BSc in Building, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Strong experience costing repair and refurbishment works
Ability to conduct multiple site inspections across Lagos
Skilled in preparing condition reports, photo documentation, and cost schedules
Professional registration with COREN, NIOB, or NIQS is an added advantage
