The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical operations including site assessments, system installations, maintenance, and after-sales support across all branches.
The role ensures high-quality service delivery, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining standards in installation and post-installation support.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems across assigned locations.
Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.
Ensure all installations comply with company quality, safety, and technical standards.
Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
Supervise and guide Technical Executives and Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate installation, maintenance, and technical service reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in solar installations, electrical systems, or technical services
Experience managing technical teams is an advantage
Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical installations
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to supervise and train technical staffGood communication and reporting skill.
