Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and develop effective talent-sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies for assigned vacancies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks and talent databases.
  • Develop and optimize Job Description s.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate assessments and selection processes.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools.
  • Develop recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment costs and time-to-hire.
  • Ensure professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in HRM, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • CIPM, CIPD or SHRM certification is an advantage.
  • 2 - 5 years' recruitment/talent-acquisition experience.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
