Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Corporate Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations, develop corporate client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's customer base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing field sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new corporate clients, business opportunities, and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.
Lead, supervise, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Set weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, customer engagement, and market conditions.
Generate leads through corporate visits, networking, referrals, direct prospecting, and other business development channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and business pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms with clients while protecting the company's interests and profitability.
Monitor competitors, market trends, customer needs, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up on all prospects.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improving conversion and revenue.
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer delivery and retention.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track sales team activities, attendance, productivity, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Organize sales meetings, field reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Ensure sales representatives follow approved company policies, processes, and reporting procedures.
Identify underperforming territories or sales representatives and develop corrective action plans.
Maintain accurate records of clients, prospects, sales activities, and transactions.
Perform other duties related to sales and business development as assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Economics, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of proven experience in field sales, corporate sales, business development, or a similar role.
Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team is highly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B/corporate sales and client acquisition is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other sales-tracking tools.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and field activities.
Strong understanding of the local market and ability to identify business opportunities.
Must be target-driven, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
