Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of a student accommodation facility in Yaba.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and repairs

  • Handle residents' concerns and complaints
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Maintain accurate property records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification
  • Experience in property, facility, estate, hospitality, or accommodation management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage staff, residents, and service providers
  • Experience managing residential/student accommodation is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience in quantity surveying, construction, property development, or a related environment. Strong knowledge of construction measurement, costing, BOQ preparation, and contract administration. Experience working with contractors and construction suppliers. Strong understanding of construction materials, labour costs, and market pricing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying software. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cost discrepancies. Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments simultaneously. Professional certification/membership such as QSRBN or NIQS will be an advantage.
