We are seeking an experienced Shortlet Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shortlet properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximum occupancy.
Responsibilities
Manage daily property operations and guest relations.
Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Monitor property maintenance and housekeeping.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
Optimize property listings across booking platforms.
Prepare occupancy and performance reports.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in shortlet or hospitality management.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms is an advantage.
