  • Develop and implement the Company\'s Mechanical Asset Management Strategy to ensure the optimum performance, reliability, and lifecycle value of all mechanical assets.
  • Lead maintenance planning, reliability improvement, refurbishment, and replacement programs for heavy equipment, production plants, and facility infrastructure.
  • Implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of asphalt plants, batching plants, crushing plants, excavators, graders, pavers, compactors, generators, and other heavy construction equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure plant availability targets of 90-95% or higher are consistently achieved.
  • Review and approve major repairs, component rebuilds, refurbishment projects, and equipment overhauls.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for equipment failures and ensure implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous functionality of toll plaza mechanical infrastructure.
  • Optimize spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components required to support operations.
  • Manage technical relationships with OEMs, contractors, and service providers, including negotiation and administration of maintenance agreements and service contracts.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop multidisciplinary mechanical teams across multiple project and operational sites.
  • Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and capability development programs for engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company HSE policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Lead mechanical safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Support emergency preparedness and business continuity initiatives relating to mechanical and facility systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports on equipment reliability, maintenance performance, costs, and asset utilization for management review.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Blistering Machine Operator with hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to operate, set up, monitor, and clean blister packaging equipment used for pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will ensure that blistering operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), approved SOPs, batch packaging records, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic blister packaging machines for pharmaceutical products. Set up blistering machines according to approved batch packaging instructions and SOPs. Perform machine changeovers, product changeovers, and format adjustments. Ensure correct feeding and handling of tablets/capsules during the blistering process. Set and monitor machine parameters including forming temperature, sealing temperature, machine speed, pressure, and other applicable process parameters. Conduct routine in-process checks for: Blister seal integrity Correct tablet/capsule count Product appearance Batch number and expiry-date printing Foil and PVC/PVDC alignment Correct cutting and blister formation Leak/seal quality where applicable Perform and document line clearance before commencing each batch.
