Salary: 150,000 Net Monthly

Transport Allowance: 2,000 Per day( outside salary)

Performance Bonus: Up to 600,000 Monthly

  • Contact customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding due and overdue payments.
  • Follow up consistently with customers to secure payment commitments and recover outstanding debts.
  • Engage customers professionally and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
  • Review loan information, payment history, and account records to determine appropriate collection strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements, restructuring options, and repayment arrangements within approved guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, payments, and account status.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
  • Meet and consistently achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved, delinquent, or high-risk accounts appropriately.

Field Verification & Spot Checks Conduct field visits to confirm entrepreneurs are present and operating at their registered locations; perform spot checks and support address verification. Validate crop deliveries, yields, and repayment amounts using the Scribe application (dedicated loan collector role), enabling validated deliveries to automatically reduce outstanding loan balances. Aggregator & Off-taker Verification Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned major aggregators (e.g., Trade Bazaar, Aluvial, Value Seeds), ensuring reliable information flow. Verify that off-taker payments are routed to the correct designated FCMB accounts as specified in off-take agreements, and confirm payment details have been communicated to off-takers. Underwriting & Program Support Provide underwriting support for upcoming cohorts, including data collection on farmers and aggregators across the value chain via Scribe. Assist entrepreneurs with the loan application process and support Loan Officers as needed. Qualifications Required Experience in loan collection, credit recovery, microfinance, or agri-finance operations. Strong phone-based communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with a high daily call volume. Comfortable using mobile applications for field data collection and validation. Willingness to travel within the assigned region for field visits and spot checks (travel reimbursed as individual expenses). Fluency in English and relevant local language(s) of the assigned location. High integrity and professionalism; collections are conducted respectfully and in full compliance with local regulations.
