Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Executivewith strong industry networks and proven success within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, securing major contracts, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence across key service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Win and manage major contracts with IOCs and other industry players.
  • Drive growth across EPCIM, Manpower Supply, and related service areas.
  • Follow up on bids submitted to NAPIMS and other clients.
  • Represent the company at technical meetings, trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
  • Conduct market intelligence and feasibility analysis to support business expansion.
  • Drive departmental KPIs and overall commercial performance.

Requirements

  • MBA, MSc, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Must have 1 - 2 years experience within Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong network within IOCs and the energy sector.
  • Proven experience in contract acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

Serve as the primary representative for our services in the East, identifying and engaging with influential medical professionals and hospital administrators. Ensure smooth coordination between Eastern partners and our central clinical teams for efficient patient referrals and partner support.
