Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and business development.
  • Lead branch operations and consistently achieve annual business targets (250M).
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Mentor and manage branch teams to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree and/or professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, including 2 - 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of insurance marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a customer-centric mindset.
