Job Summary

  • Our client, a growing hair restoration and aesthetic clinic, specializing in hair transplant procedures and non-surgical hair restoration treatments, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls while supporting effective financial management of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations and management reports
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Coordinate tax, audit and statutory reporting requirements
  • Review financial records and identify discrepancies or control gaps
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable
  • Provide management with accurate financial insights to support decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' relevant accounting experience*, preferably in a senior accounting role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or equivalent is required or strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability
  • Experience managing or supervising accounting personnel is an advantage
