JOB SUMMARY

  • We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's financial records, reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, inventory accounting, and other financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle bank, supplier, customer, and account reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare budgets, cash flow reports, and financial analysis.
  • Handle tax computations and statutory compliance. Monitor inventory accounting and financial controls. Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

  • ACA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification.
  • Experience in agro-processing/manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory requirements.
