The Activity feed is a running list of tasks that need your attention across HR modules - for example a pending self-assessment, an overdue timesheet, or a Journey checkpoint that's due. It surfaces pending and overdue items in one place instead of you having to check each module separately.

You can mark an activity complete or dismiss it if it's no longer relevant. Managers get a team view of their direct reports' activities; employees see only their own.
