My Succession Planning

If you're identified as a potential successor, you can see it in one place when your company has the succession module (typically Professional full suite).

Where to find it

  • Open My succession planning from the sidebar (Personal section).
  • Intended for managers and employees; Admin/HR also see it, but they manage plans from Succession planning under HR operations.

What you see

  • A list of succession plans where you're a candidate.
  • For each plan: position title, current holder, number of candidates, target date, and priority.
  • If you're not on any plans yet, you'll see a short message; HR may add you to plans later.

Why it matters

  • You can see which roles you're being developed for and stay informed without asking HR.
