Candidats

For each succession plan you can nominate one or more potential successors.

Adding candidates

  1. Go to Succession Planning > Candidates.
  2. Select a plan from the dropdown.
  3. Click Add Candidate and search for employees.
  4. Select one or more people (the current holder is excluded) and add them.

Managing candidates

  • View readiness score and level for each candidate.
  • Open a candidate to update readiness, notes, and development gaps.
  • Remove a candidate if they're no longer a fit.

Linking to development

  • Development goals can be linked to succession candidates so progress is visible in one place.
