What is the engagement feature and how does it work?

You create a survey with a category, questions, and a target audience, and when it launches, every targeted employee automatically gets a task and email notification. Responses roll up into NPS, CSAT, and an engagement index, with real anonymity protection built into how small-group results are shown.
