Operationalize the company's Warehousing and Delivery Process, ensuring all operational deliverables, stock controls, and logistics outputs align directly with company goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Picking, Staging & Shipping:
Pick stock strictly as outlined in shipment picklists and update picklists accordingly.
Ensure 100% accuracy of all stock picked for shipment.
Stage picked stock in designated staging areas within the warehouse.
Escort stock shipments to specified destinations and ensure issuance matches waybills and invoices.
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control:
Support loading and offloading of stock within the warehouse.
Receive goods in line with purchase order specifications or instructions from the Supply Chain Division.
Participate actively in cycle counts and monthly stock inventory audits.
Maintain zero stock losses both within the warehouse facility and during transit to retail stores/outlets.
Provide regular updates on stock positions as requested.
Asset Management, Security & Maintenance:
Apply appropriate asset management procedures to maximize return on assets.
Evaluate warehouse security continuously and implement measures to protect stock safety.
Develop preventive maintenance systems and operational contingency plans.
Safety, Health & Hygiene:
Monitor and strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, neatness, and hygiene across assigned work areas.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's University Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain logistics.

Functional: Relationship management and exceptional attention to detail.
General Management: Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
