Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise operations of the store to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct and submit accurate monthly stock counts and inventory reports within the stipulated timelines.
  • Ensure the timely renewal of all statutory licenses, permits, and registrations required by regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the timely renewal of tenancy/rental agreements and other facility-related obligations.
  • Coordinate the routine maintenance and servicing of company vehicles to ensure they remain roadworthy and operational.
  • Schedule and monitor fumigation exercises to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
  • Ensure all staff strictly adhere to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly in relation to sales processes, product handling and workplace cleanliness.
  • Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Support Management in achieving sales, operational, and customer service objectives.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a procurement field.
  • HND or B.Sc in any related field.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge.
  • Good written and oral skills.

Job Summary The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock counts. Maintain up-to-date bin cards, stock ledgers, and database entries. Maintain and monitor specific temperature and humidity levels required for pharmaceutical materials (e.g., cold chain storage). Adhere strictly to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Keep neat, traceable records of all stock cards, waybills, and dispatch files. Implement strict FIFO/FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to ensure older raw materials and packaging assets are utilized first Computer skills, e.g MicrosoftWord,Excel,andspreadsheets Budgeting and payment of weekly loading/off loading expenses. Printing and transferring of raw materials and packaging materials used for daily production. Involve in quarterly/annual stock taking of raw material stocks. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or any Numerical Sciences Relevant Experience & Functional / Technical Skills: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
